Which bills can I include within my Billing Better account?

Choose from gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, TV and TV Licence. When building your quote, you can pick and choose the services you'd like to include within your package.

Is this service for students or professional renters?

Both! We have a large number of student sharers using our service, as well as professional sharers, couples and individuals looking to have an easier way to pay their bills.

What is your customer service phone number?

You can contact us on 0208 106 1894 between Monday and Friday, 9-5. You can also contact us via email and across our social media accounts.

How long will it take to have my internet installed?

Typically internet will take 10 working days to install subject to engineer availability. Once your account is set up with us, you'll receive regular updates from us.

How is my quote calculated?

When you create your quote, you'll enter the number of people living in the home along with your address. From this data, we estimate the amount of energy and water you'll use, whilst showing you your council tax band (if you're not a student), as well as the broadband speeds available for your home.

Can I track my energy usage?

This is a new feature we will be introducing in the New Year! Within your online account, you'll be able to ensure that you can see your energy usage, knowing exactly when your usage is higher than it should be.
